+ Is a deep clean necessary?
A deep clean is recommended for customers who have not had their home professionally cleaned in over a month or for homes in bad condition. It allows cleaners more time to thoroughly clean the home, tackling stubborn buildup, grease, and grime. This brings the home up to professional standards, making it easier and more affordable to maintain with a recurring service.
+ Who provides the house cleaning equipment?
We do ask that our clients provide the following supplies to avoid cross contamination between homes: vacuum cleaner and toilet brush. Otherwise, Happy Home provides all of the tools and supplies that our technicians need to clean your home, including scrub brushes, cleaning solutions, and freshly-washed cleaning cloths.
+ How is the rate calculated?
We can schedule a walkthrough to provide an accurate quote.
+ How do I pay for my cleaning services?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, Check or Cash.
+ Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?
Some clients prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. If you won't be there, your cleaners just need a way to get in and they promise they will treat your home like their own. They can lock up and/or leave the key wherever you like.
+ Will I have the same cleaner each visit?
We understand the comfort that comes with having the same cleaner each visit and always do our best to honor that. If for any reason a new face will cover for the day we will notify you in advance.
